This year, I had the pleasure of leading our setup journey for XINDINGLI PACK alongside two of our amazing team members, Caroline and Amelia. Together, we brought not only our packaging solutions to Milan, but also our passion, creativity, and commitment to quality.
From China to Milan: More Than Just a Flight
Our story began weeks before the plane even took off. From finalizing display samples to arranging logistics for printed pouches, rigid boxes, and sustainable kraft paper bags, every detail had to be perfect. The night before departure, we double-checked the checklists (and then triple-checked them). We weren’t just bringing packaging—we were bringing the XINDINGLI PACK brand to life on an international stage.
Day One: A Blank Canvas
From the moment we stepped into Hall 3, Booth D111B, we knew exactly what we wanted to build: a visually stunning, highly functional display of premium custom packaging, powered by the same commitment to quality that defines everything we do at XINDINGLI PACK.
Caroline coordinated every product layout with practiced ease — from our stand-up pouches and spouted bags, to custom logo paper bags and luxury rigid boxes. Amelia oversaw the aesthetic details with a designer’s eye, bringing our eco-forward values to life through natural elements, light accents, and thoughtful product presentation.
We weren’t just setting up a booth. We were curating a brand experience that communicates sustainability, sophistication, and the power of great packaging.
Designed to Engage
Every detail of our booth was intentional. Caroline categorized our samples based on industries—food, snacks, coffee, beauty, supplements—so clients could easily visualize how our solutions fit their business. Meanwhile, Amelia coordinated the booth layout, branding elements, and product displays with a keen eye for composition and color. The result? A clean, modern space with clear product storytelling.

The feedback was instant. Visitors were drawn in by the balance of modern design and functional packaging variety. It was packaging that stood out, without needing to shout.
A Team Worth Celebrating
One thing I’ve learned from this experience is that the people behind the brand are just as important as the products themselves. Caroline's organizational superpower and Amelia’s design eye brought this booth to life in ways I couldn't have done alone.
Throughout the setup, we laughed, problem-solved, shared snacks, and reminded each other why we do what we do. We love packaging—but even more, we love helping our customers tell their brand stories through packaging that performs.
Empowered Women in Packaging
It’s worth highlighting: this booth was built and led entirely by women. In an industry that’s often male-dominated, we’re proud to say that female strength is part of our identity at XINDINGLI PACK.
There were no moments of confusion, no hesitation—just calm, capable execution. Whether it was managing logistics, product presentation, or client communication, we operated like clockwork. This wasn’t luck—it was the result of experience, trust, and a shared drive to deliver excellence.
